If there is a particular activity or therapy you are interested in, please advise our staff member at time of your booking.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by laying on hands and is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance flowing through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person, creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being.
Foot and Hand Massage
During massage, a therapist manipulates muscles and other soft tissues of the body to improve health and well-being. This is one of our most popular therapies.
Hair & Beauty Services
Guests and home carers can request a hair treatment and/or manicure.
Spiritual Care & JP Services
Our pastoral care advisors will happily tend to your spiritual needs, either by appointment or with an informal chat during your respite. A JP is available by appointment only, made when booking.
Art Therapy is a form of expressive therapy that uses the creative process of making art to improve a person’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. You don’t need to be talented or an artist to receive the benefits, art therapy can achieve different things for different people.
Games & Trivia
Games and/or trivia are weekly staples. Guests and home carers choose if they wish to participate in all or some of the games on offer that week.
